First you go into a group interview. If they choose you to move on, you will have a brief interview with CEO where you begin to train. Then, you will go to a full day of training Bootcamp.

They interviewed us in groups of two at a time and if they liked you from that you sat down for a one on one interview.
They are looking to see how personable and enthusiastic you are, if you interact with the other candidate and show interest while they are speaking.
