There was a two step interview process with very general questions over the phone as a phase one and then a real, in person, interview following up. At the in person interview they ask you about how quickly you learn, if you can work at a fast pace, and if you work well as a team. The biggest question they ask you is if you prefer to work in many different places. or if you would prefer to work in one position and stay there.

Received a call to schedule interview, went in and met with team member. Friendly, and very informative. Learned about the company and enjoyed the process. My only concern would be the hours.
