The interview was very lengthy. repetitive questions with the personality quiz. I had to go through security check and drug screening for a third shift position. There were promises of promotion and regular pay raises. It was also stated that performance reviews would be done once a month that would bring in extra bonus money.

It was fairly easy. Some behavior questions and questions about hobbies. They also asked me if I had any food service experience. Overall, it wasn't a bad gig between jobs.

Applied online, got a phone call to meet at a cafe, interviewed, got an offer, and accepted the job offer. Then scheduled training and orientation. Pretty easy process, except it is 3rd shift.
Very easy. My previous manager became the bakery manager so they already knew me. I contacted her and we arranged a phone call so we could talk about the position and see if it was a good match. It worked out really well for me then I was able to start soon after.
