First you start online and answer questions about your skill sets. You select the stores that you wish to be working at and that may be hiring. Then they call you to set up an appointment for an interview. The interview is very comfortable and the managers are very nice. They want you to feel comfortable and just answer the questions as honestly as possible.

There wasnt a real difficult question. Probably if I was studying and what i was studying at the time.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
it was a good process and they asked for my background and any other relevant expericen. They were very welcoming and allowed me to talk about my past and ask as many questions as i had.
