I applied online and got a call to schedule an interview about 2 weeks later. Before I got hired, i had to go through 3 interviews at 3 different locations. The first was a group interview and the other two were just 1 on 1 interviews. The interviews are very basic with questions like " why do you want to work here?, why should we hire you?" etc. The whole interview process took about 2 weeks and i got a call saying i got the job after the 3rd interview. Overall, i think the 3 interviews was a little too much for the position i was hired for, but hey... at least i got the job.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
it was a good process and they asked for my background and any other relevant expericen. They were very welcoming and allowed me to talk about my past and ask as many questions as i had.
