You first do a phone screening with a college relations rep. It's pretty simple, behavioral questions. This person then becomes your liason if you pass through. You then interview with your specific department who, in my case, asked me career specific questions.
I applied for the program. After applying I received an interview update. I was interviewed with general questions before being taken to interview with the hiring manager. It was a pleasant experience
The interview process was very smooth and each of the interviewers I spoke to were friendly and encouraging. I had a great experience and would highly recommend applying for Paramount's internships.
