I applied early October and received an invite to a call from the recruiter quite late in the evening of 31st October. As I try not to respond to my emails after a certain time, I responded with my availability the next day in the morning. We agreed to discuss the details of the role on the following Tuesday 5th November. Tuesday came and went so after waiting and not hearing anything I sent an email to the recruiter asking if I should still expect to hear from them. A few hours later I received an email from the recruiting apologising and asking if I was free the next day to discuss the role the following morning which I agreed to. The call was ok and I was able to find out a bit more about the company along with the role. At the end of the call I was told that I would receive an update the next week. As the following week came and went I heard nothing so, I sent an email to the recruiter asking for an update. I received a response saying the applications will be reviewed and I should receive an update the following week. The following week came and went, I didn't hear anything so I sent another email asking for an update and this time was told that the hiring manager was busy with a major event so would provide an update later on in the week. With the neverending excuses, the fact that I have applied for 14 jobs with this company over the last year and just getting nowhere I wont be applying to this organisation in the future, Total waste of time I wont get back.

To the point, met with the manager and he knew want the company needed in terms of qualifications/ fit. Scheduling the interview via phone was normal. I advice not over dressing into a suit, business casual is fine. People are friendly, diverse teams, alot of young guns but they have vets from the cnet days.
