Applied through their website, received a screening call from the recruiter after a couple of weeks and they offered me an interview. Met with the hiring manager and another Campaign Manager in person at their office. The interview lasted around 40 minutes and was pretty standard. No take home exam. Got an email after a week or so saying they’d found someone else for the role.
