How do you manage conflicting priorities between internal teams and customers?
First step was a discussion with the recruiter. Followed up with a discussion with the hiring manager. Basic questions pertaining to past work experiences and challenges. Next meeting was with a cross-functional stakeholder who was close to the CEO. It was very evident that they are looking for 'yes' men who are only there to agree with the leadership team rather than doing their own research. Reading the reviews on Glassdoor seem very accurate on the general culture of this company. 2 weeks and no follow up from the recruiter.
