The CUAS team in Summit Point, WV gave me two interviews. One was a video call and one was in person. I had mentioned my expected salary range during the talk with the recruiter, the first interview and the second interview. There was never any push back and I even got verbal confirmation from the hiring manager that they would meet my expectations. The offer came through at 20% lower than the bottom end of my expected range. Upon inquiry I was simply told "the team is firm on this offer, they are not looking to hire for anything more." Thanks for wasting my time and lying to my face about the salary. If you value your time, steer clear.
