The interview process was very sloppy and in professional. My first interview was supposed to be with one individual but another individual took her place. Then my second interview was placed by another individual but someone else took her place. When I finally got to my second interview it was a zoom call. As soon as the lady saw my face it was complete disappointment. Lot of eye rolling and no physical eye contact and little to no interest in what I had to say about my qualifications for the job that brought me to this point in the interview process. I really try not to bring race into anything because that's not always the case but in this situation it was definitely the case. I'm pretty sure there are no minorities of African descent working in the Fort Wayne Branch right now for administrative purposes. And that's due to the person who makes the final decision. The 2 questions she asked was " what did the first interviewer had to say about the job and what I learned from that experience?"( The second question she asked will be listed below) However I I think it was more of her challenging the first interviewer whom was indeed African descent but worked at the Illinois branch. Maybe making sure she's qualified to do her job. Instead of offering her own set of questions and being more detailed on what she expected from the candidate. The companies requirements in regards to the individuals position.
