I feel the interview process went very well! I had the opportunity to meet with multiple managers and answer a variety of questions. The process was both timely and efficient, and everyone I interacted with was kind and welcoming. The questions primarily focused on my professional experience, but they also touched on my personal background to get to know me better and ensure I would be a good fit for the organization.

The interviewer mainly leads the interview. Not too bad of an experience. Be prepared to know what "Asset Based Lending" means. The people in the interview are very friendly and easy to talk to.
