Colloquio
The interview was pretty hard for people that just started to work as a medical assistant and hasn't done a lot of interviews before like me. There were a total of around 26 questions. And some were just repeating and I couldn't even think of any other examples cause I just kept saying the same thing all over again. The recruiter was nice and made me feel comfortable. I just think so many interviews were unnecessary. It was a short like 3 min interview when he first called me, then a 1 hr phone interview, then a interview with a manager. They also required a short test and I didnt even know any of it.

Colloquio
I was interviewed online first and then there was an in person interview. After that, I didn't hear back from anyone and its been several months. I did call them and ask about my status but still no clear response.

Do you know how to take vitals and perform an EKG? What will you gain by working at Patient First? What will Patient First gain by hiring you? Who is a role model for you? What is your ideal supervisor? How to take manual BP?

There was one brief phone call with an HR rep asking very basic questions and asking mostly about availability. There was then another interview with a different HR rep over a video call, asking more behavioral and situational questions. There may be a third in person portion of the interview (didn’t get that far yet). There was also a very basic medical knowledge assessment online.
