The interview process was direct and productive. My first round was a 10 minute phone call that helped ensure both sides of the call would be a potentially compatible match. They called me in for an on-site interview the next week where I met with the head of the department I was applying for to get a real sense of the job. A couple days later they asked me to come back in and meet with some others at the company. I had the opportunity to meet with the CEO and COO which allowed me to really get a sense of the organization and what working at Paxos would be like. The whole process was purposeful and efficient. The company is explicitly eager for candidates that exude the company’s core values, without ever compromising the high performance standard they’ve set.

Screening call held with recruiter then video interviews following that, no face to face all virtual. General questions asked as expected. Not overly difficult but some interviewers seemed distracted and not interested.
