It took around 2 days for the recruiter to setup the initial interview. It was a two step process; first in-person interview with team lead, sm and director/pm in a room where I wasn't expected to a wear a suit (+), atmosphere was friendly (+). That was followed by a comprehensive offline home assignment request that was expected to be delivered within 2 days. About a week before they told me their decision, they had emailed a thorough review of the offline test explaining all the pros and cons of my work (++).

It wasn't very hard, and overall positive.
