I wouldn't accept the position now if offered. If this is how candidates are treated I can imagine how employees are treated.

Kind of felt my time was wasted because the job description clearly said they were looking for product owners or business analysts. I am a senior business analyst with more than double the experience in years they asked. If they only want product owners to apply do not say you will consider business analysts. Most of my questions were behavioral but if you have a product owner background you’ll probably get asked those questions more.
