It was a quick process for me. I walked in the day after I applied online and I talked with the manager one on one. She asked me a few questions, we talked for a bit and the I got hired.

In person interview with the store manager. Super easy. Few questions about your skills and then the manager will test you with a simulation exercice. The manager will give you a shoe and you'll have to sell it to her.

The interview was easy and I got the job. I shared my prior sales experience, my availability. I was offered part time work because I was in college. I quickly was able to gain additional hours working across multiple locations in other cities within short driving distance.
