Phone interview wasnt bad at all. At first I was nervous but the interviewer was very nice and understanding. After the phone interview I got my offer a few weeks later.

The interview is very straightforward. They actually send you the questions ahead of time because they want thoughtful answers. They will be recording your answers during the entire interview so eye contact is hard to maintain with them looking away.
