There was no real interview process here. HR seemed lazy and just sent out a "questionnaire" instead which listed a bunch of interview questions. All of our communication was via email. Once I filled out the questionnaire, I was called in for an interview with the associate directors. About a week later, I was hired.

They use the STAR method. The biggest thing that is sought for is your behaviors exhibited in the scenarios given. If you are familiar with the STAR method, there aren't any surprises when it comes to the questions.

They provided me with the skills we would focus on before hand and asked me to have examples provided. Big fans of the STAR method. And do ask question based on your responses.
