Very unorganized. I was interviewed 2 times by 2 different people. The first call was supposed to be a facetime which ended up being 5 minutes late and not facetime. She sounded like she was walking down the road on her cell phone the entire interview. She seemed uninterested in my previous work experience with the exception of my last job even though that work experience was exactly what the job offer was asking for. The second interview was 15 minutes later than it was supposed to start and the interviewer was not sure which position we had agreed to interview for. I was basically told most manager positions were filled from within which is understandable but It seemed like both interviews were going through the motions.
