The HR phone screen was a basic review of the resume and a couple of standard interview questions. Speak clearly and slowly so they can take notes. Remember, it's the notes that the hiring manager will see. As long as you present yourself well enough you will pass this. The following interviews were more conversational in nature than I expected. If you have prepared yourself for situational interview questions you will have plenty of stories to draw upon. The trick is realizing quickly that if you don't get your successes into your answers the interviewers won't necessarily draw them out with their questions. It may be hard to believe but I actually had fun while talking to everyone. Great bunch of people.
