It was pretty easy and short (10 minutes max). They called me to tell me I got the position the next day. Mine was virtual, and it was with one of the campus recruiters. She was super cool and had a laid back attitude throughout the interview.

Only had 1 interview and it was with someone from Frito Lay. Overall wasn’t bad but they really want to hear from leaders and someone that is willing to be a sponge and go above and beyond in the role.

Tell me a time where you took on a leadership position and how have you grown from it
The interview process was quick and straightforward. It consisted of just one round—a relaxed, conversational chat with the recruiter. Instead of heavy behavioral or technical questions, it focused more on my personality, communication style, and genuine interest in the position. The vibe was friendly and informal, making it feel more like a dialogue than an interrogation, which really helped me speak comfortably about my experiences and goals.
One zoom call interview through my school’s job fair with about 3 people on it. A mix of some personal and professional questions with an overall lighthearted vibe. Clicked well with the interviewers.
