Had an interview with the small format sales rep supervisor. Asked your basic questions. Tell me about a time when had trouble with a store manager and how did you handle it. Sell me this pen/pencil I wasn't prepared for this question so it took me off guard and I didn't know what to do or say.

Decent interviewer with normal interview questions you would expect from a large company; apparently it’s customary for them to not let you know, as would be expected from a reputable establishment, if not only as a courtesy, whether you were their choice or not. Note to whomever with the company may see this… show a little professionalism and reach out to candidates either way.

It was a brief interview that lasted around 15-20 minutes. The interviewer was friendly and created a smooth interviewing environment. The questions were pretty much what you would expect, and it didn't feel like they were trying to "trick" you with any.
