I applied to the job. A recruiter reached back and got the interview scheduled. 2 product Managers interviewed about my past experiences to match the skillset. Overall, it seemed positive. They asked me if I preferred Birmingham or London office. I mentioned I am open for both the location, but Birmingham would be easier to commute if feasible. After a week the recruiter emailed me saying you were a great fit but we are only looking for London office. I find it very confusing and poor response as I clearly mentioned I am open for both.

The interview process started with a 30-minute call with HR, who detailed the roles and helped identify the best fit for me. I advanced to a second interview with the Group PM, Raph, a few days later. The interview was engaging and I had a productive discussion with him. At the conclusion of our meeting, I was informed that HR would contact me by the following day. Unfortunately, I did not hear back despite reaching out via email a few days later for an update or feedback. Being ghosted after such a promising interview was disappointing.
