It is really frustrating process. I was interviewed with 2 technical rounds and HR around. I was selected and shared the documents with HR. Then after submitting the documents HR is not picking up my calls and did not respond. After 8 days they are saying we can give you the contract role at end moment. When they process my profile at that time they said it is permanent payroll with Persistent but now at time of offer initiative saying such things which is not acceptable. Totally unprofessional HR, very bad 👎 interview process. I never thought like Persistent like company follow such Unprofessionalism... You can give interview but do not trust them till you get the offer.
