I applied on their website for the Operations Associate role in Dallas and received an email a few days later for 30 minute phone interview with a recruiter. She conducted the phone interview in a condescending manner as if she were above me since she was interviewing. I currently work for one of the investment banks in the world so I guess she confused as to why I would apply here. Also, the interview felt more like a quiz. She said I was wrong about things on several occasions. Asked me why I wanted to leave my current job several times even though I gave her the reason the first time. This is by far the worst recruiter nice interviewed with. She was young (been with PC since March 2020) and felt powerful since she has the ability to interview candidates. The recruiter should be more humble and open. The interview should be more conversational instead of a quiz and speaking condescendingly.

Interview was quick after application was submitted. Sat with two managers and went over my relevant work history and the needs of the position. Not informal, but not uptight at all. Very welcoming environment.

I applied online, and then the next day I received an email to set-up a phone interview. Standard interview questions, but I declined to move forward after salary base was stated, and that would lead to a decrease in salary for me.
