Called in for an interview. Interviewed with one manager. Came back the next day and interviewed with the store manager. Given a drug test. Then given a start date.

What would you say your biggest flaw was at your previous job?
Called me into the store and asked basic questions about what I'd be comfortable doing and hours that I would want to work. Very simple overall. Got a call back a few days later

Short and sweet. Offered job same or next day. Single interview and consisted of easy to answer questions and was with 2 managers, at the same time. Job was amazing! I only left due to a major car accident that caused a horrible back surgery.
