Typical behavioral questions and the second round had a policy research focus. So it became important to have experience with a research process. There were three interviews in total: one with the senior associate, one with the VP, and one HR screen.

Two Rounds of interviews. The first was a 30 minute behavioral with the senior associate. Some technical questions on policy research process were asked, but nothing too surprising. The second round is with the VP of research who asks some similar, mostly behavioral questions. There is also an HR screen. Networking was not a part of the application process.
