Was setup for a phone interview with hiring manager. Hiring manager was eating lunch and we had a bad connection. Interview didn't go well as I couldn't understand him very well [I speak perfect English] and he seemed to be bothered to have to do the interview.
His priority seemed to be in letting me know that the job required nights and weekends and managing a difficult workload.
Obviously, not a good experience with Pfizer.

great interview process and had a good learning experience. I had to prepare a lot and write down different scenarios to which I will answer. In the future I hope to be a lot more prepared in system design and much more.

Got an interview after applying through LinkedIn, the interview took place in a job fair organized exclusively for Pfizer by a partner company that organizes workshops and courses. After passing the first step, I got a secondary and final interview with two team managers and then I got an offer. Overall, it was a simple and interesting experience with lots of technical conversations without going into much unnecessary details.
