I've networked with a Pfizer China HR via linkedin to secure a phone interview. First round phone interview consisted of background and behavioral questions (i.e. describe yourself). Second round was a short assignment. Third round phone interview was a longer 30 min interview with a Pfizer Director. Overall, very straight forward and efficient.
