30 minute phone interview/ screening. Followed by another interview with a panel of roughly three other Pfizer employees. Contacted roughly a week or two later of job acceptance or decline.

The process began with an HR call, followed by a technical conversation with the hiring manager about my lab automation background. Pfizer then flew me to their Groton site for onsite interviews, where I met the team, discussed technical scenarios, and toured the facility. The experience was well-organized and professional, and it gave me a clear sense of Pfizer’s strong focus on automation and collaborative culture.
