Ghosted at the second interview. Recruiter was enthusiastic, reached out to me via LinkedIn. The first screening call was pretty standard. They wanted to most fast and schedule the next interview within a week. I attended the second interview and no one showed up... I reached out trying to reschedule and confirm whether I was still a candidate and received no response.

Easy recruiter screen, then peer interview. Last is hiring manager interview. I wish they were more up front about what they were looking for in the earlier calls and gave better feedback about what to emphasize in coming calls.
