I had a phone screening prior to being brought in for the interview. They asked basic questions about my resume and interest/knowledge of PHLY. I then received a call back that they were interested in interviewing me. The interview process was 6 separate one-on-one interviews with managers at the company.

the overall mood was pretty laid back. The interviewer and I discussed my work history, education, and what i would like to do going forward. Also we discussed my extracurriculars and hobbies. We made small talk about various things that came up. I also asked for clarification on a couple questions i had about the position. Overall was an enjoyable experience.

Got the interview a week after. Didn't get a response until a month later. The Mission Viejo office reached out to me by phone and I got in contact with HR on the screening process for background and Drug test.
