Two rounds of interviews. First one was with HR (gave a very thorough explanation of the program), second one was with leadership. Interviewers were very friendly and mostly asked about past experiences and motivations.

Got a referral and then had one call with the manager in the underwriting division. Afterwards, had a call with the people team and got the offer after those two interviews.

Asked general questions, about interest in insurance/experience. Two-three round process, starts with HR screening. Turnaround is fast and communication was great with everyone involved in the process. Role is based regionally so the second round is with higher ups in your area of desired employment.
