A recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn, and we set up an initial phone screen. After that call, I was passed to an in-house recruiter who set up the rest of my interviews. There were a couple more phone calls and then an in-person interview.

I sent in the application and successfully passed the initial screening process. After that stage was completed, they asked me to complete a HireVue interview along with an additional assessment as part of the next steps.

Okay, the HireVue interview was interesting. Consisted of 4 questions about competencies and skills. There were questions about handling feedback, what you would do in certain situations etc. The games included numerosity and shapedance.

Tell us about a time you received feedback from your teammates; how did you react?
It was ok, just the regular questions one would expect. I didn’t go through the philips system though, i worked at one of the companies philips bought later on. Not much to say about it really
