Applied online, then iq test, then interview with recruiter, then two interviews with manager (both with question about me and some small test questions). It took around a month to complete the whole process.

I sent message to people of my Linkedin network to get the email of somebody in Philips. Few week later, I have been contacted by email by the design manager to set an interview. I talked with 2 persons, who were really nice and make me feel comfortable. It last around 30 to 40 minutes discussing about my portfolio and Philips design.
