I applied to Phillips 66 at a university job fair in September of 2012. I had an immediate on campus interview with Phillips 66 the next day. I did not hear back from Phillips until February of 2013. I was granted a phone interview with a my hiring supervisor. It was a pretty standard phone interview and I received an offer the next day.

Behavioral questions, looking for a good fit. Questions look for how you handled different situations, or what you learned from the situations. Questions were straight forward and were not made to trick people.

After submitting my application, I received a request to record videos and answer 3 questions. I followed the guidelines and completed the task, but I never heard back from you.

The interview was all personality based questions, the interviewers read from a packet and many of the questions did not seem relevant. This was the day after a career fair
