Through college, had dinner the night before the interview, and then had the interview the next morning. Liked the process because you weren't just meeting the person for the first time while they were conducting your interview
One interview with 2 people. Had to answer several behavioral questions. Pretty easy questions however some of them were confusing. Had to ask to repeat them a couple of times.

Tough, asked many behavioral questions. Met them at career fair and then was emailed about setting up an interview on campus. Ended up not getting the offer but was a learning experience

STAR method of interviewing. All questions that say "Tell me about a time you____". If you aren't prepared then it will be hard. Make sure to have leadership and team work stories ready to craft around the question.
