Zero stars, if I could for the recruitment process. Absolutely unprofessional and horrible experience. First, I was told the process was two interviews. I went through three interviews with one being spontaneous and in the middle of the day with no notice or scheduling. The meeting was supposed to be a “two minute” screening call that lasted 10 minutes. Second, I was informed that the role was for a functional program manager and I asked twice to ensure that the role was functional focused and not relying heavily on technical program management. The role was clearly technical by the second interview. Third, unprofessional recruiter and expecting me to be on call and available at the company’s availability instead of offering days and times to meet with me. The contact gave from various mediums and multiple times – LinkedIn, phone and texts. Fourth, by my third interview, I was not set up for success and an awkward interview ensued. I had, again, asked if the role was functional and was told the role was functional focused. Lastly, no decency to follow through that I did not get the job despite expecting me to be on their schedule as noted earlier.
