Quick and up front. The interviewer laid out expectations and timelines right from the off, and also made me feel important as a candidate from the off. As it happens, I was offered two roles and this interview approach played a part in my decision to join the company.

I was asked if I had a good support network, as wellbeing is very important to the company. This was re-assuring at the interview stage, and I can safely say having got the job that this is a true reflection of the company.
