Two step process with an online call with HR and the engineering team first and then an onsite interview. The process has been great until after the onsite interview. HR and her assistant were answering quickly. I received an invitation for the onsite interview 10 days after the online call. I also had a talk to prepare possible relocation before the onsite interview. The onsite interview was ok with various technical questions and discussions. We agreed that they would give me an answer 10 days after the onsite meeting. But after 2 weeks, no answer. So I sent a follow-up email, no answer. It's been a month now, after 3 email and 8 attempt to call the HR, still no answer what so ever. When a candidate travel for an onsite interview, I found it very disrespectful and unprofessional to completely ignore him after and give absolutely no answer (and I know the HR is not in holidays). On top of that, I don't know when/if my travel expenses will be refunded. I very disappointed to be facing this kind of behavior in a Swiss company.

Invitation to interview was ok. Helpful information was given by human resources, with guidelines including salary, benefits, retirement plans, living in Switzerland. Technical interview, however, gave impression of a xenophobic manager, who would not trust his employees and would offer no career growth.
