Met with recruiters at an event and was encouraged to apply. Had a personality assessment and a cognitive assessment sent to my email to be completed within 15 minutes. Reached 48/50 questions of cognitive assessment, failed, and was sent another "go" at it. Felt like they were wasting my time.

1. test with intreviewers 2. another test 3. hr after the first intreview the intreviewer decide if go on with the proccess or not according to the answers that were in the intreview.
