All I can say is this company does not have anything figured out. My first-round interview was with a current AIA and he basically said he only got promoted because everyone else left. He told me they fired the CEO because of goals that the company wanted to achieve that he wasn't meeting. Now they are looking for one and to be honest I don't know anyone who would want to take that mantle. Clearly no one wants to stay with this company and I found out why in my recruitment process and my second-round interview. The second-round interview was with HR and an Executive. The third person did not even show up even though the interview was scheduled weeks in advance. The second interview consisted of behavioral and technical questions which I answered very well, however the condescending and uninterested attitude of the interviewers left me confused. The guy asked me how a distillation column worked and being a chemical engineer I answered the question very well only to get a very uninterested reaction from both the executive and the HR lady. It was funny because both weren't chemical engineers and clearly didn't understand a word I was saying which left me thinking why they asked me the question in the first place. After I answered all the questions to the best of my ability it was my turn to ask a few questions about the company. I asked some specific questions about company culture and continuous learning only to get a response back from the Operations excellence executive about how beer was being served at these events. He did not go into any detail about these events but only to mention the refreshments and food that were being offered. Clearly this guy has let his managerial position get to this head. Again, the HR lady blankly stared at the ground while the executive gave short non-detailed answers about the company. After that whole ordeal I met with another HR lady for wrap up who seemed very awkward when answering questions and left me to my own devices on how to get back to the airport even though they said they would drop me off. After all that I get a generic email the next day at 8 am saying I didn't get the job. My initial video interview went horribly wrong when my computer shut down during the first question yet I still got a phone interview request. Clearly they do not spend time reviewing the answers of the interviewers. Overall terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone

There were three interviews: first a recruiter phone screen, then two Zoom interviews with one project lead and one project manager in each interview. Questions were mostly behavioral in nature, and they asked about the experiences listed in my resume.
Very easy. One HR Phone interview, and one in person interview with management. More about personality fit than actual technical knowledge. One short HR interview after that. Nothing to be too worried about.

The interview process was phone Interview with a recruiter, phone interview with an engineer, and then an in person interview in Houston, TX. The interview with the recruiter was not technical and was more getting to know why I was interested in the job etc. Second phone interview was more technical about my skills and knowledge and previous work experience. In person was a combination of the two. Interview had 3 people in it, one from HR and two managers.
