The process is as follows as in 2025: - OA (you won't make it to the next round unless you pass the threshold score) - First round (easy leetcode, but make sure you treat it as real interview - Last round(regular swe interview) & some behavioral(Just study STAR)

I code a 70 minute coding assessments I only got through the first two and sudo coded the last one. I got moved to the live interview next step :)
