got a call back a few days after i turned in application.i was asked about previous jobs and any experience being a waitress,which was none.she explained what was expected and starting pay.fillled out a "what would you do" and had to watch a video

Very informal, just asked a questions around theoretical situations (E.G. "Tell me about a time where you had to change plan"). The interview was basically just a chat about yourself and how well of a fit you'd be.
