I had a two person interview with a manager and another upper level employee. The questions were relevant and they were very willing to answer any questions I had. I personally don't mind having more than one person interview me for accuracy and oversight, however I can see how that might overwhelm or intimidate another person.

Applied online at the website. After only 1 day, I got a call. It was a new opening so I was interviewed before gym opening and pre sale. Very relaxed interview with the GM and AGM. They read off a prepared questions sheet that was about 2 1/2 pages. Questions were very easy..(what makes you happy, hobbies, biggest challenge in life, etc.). They basically just wanted to hear about me, and what my personality was like. They offered me the job right then and there and I came in the next day to start tax forms and set up direct deposit.

"What is your greatest weakness?" Not really difficult, just interesting considering the other "questions".
The process was quite Simple and Easygoing. They asked about average and expected interview questions. Nothing too crazy. People were very friendly. Chill environment. Manger made a job offer on the spot. You can choose to accept or decline.

Simple laid back. Asked about work history and background. Specific hours. Asked if comfortable standing most of the shift. Frequent cleaning. Very nice manager. I feel that younger people tend to get hired more. Pay is not that great.
