I was only interviewed by the assistant manager because the general manager was absent that day. We sat down at an open table and he asked questions for about 5-10 minutes.

After applying online I was contacted for a phone interview. The person was very unorganized and forgot about my interview in the first place. I had to call the gym to remind them. It lasted 5 minutes and they seemed to not know the answers to any of my questions. I honestly checked out of the interview once they told me what the pay would be. Overall, the interviewer was very unorganized and was not helpful at all in this experience.
