Interview was 30 minutes, was asked general questions regarding customer service. Was told I would get a call in about a week regarding a 2nd interview but I never got one.
The interview process was fairly simple. They ask questions about your job history and how it ties into the current roles, etc. Only did the interview yesterday so still waiting!

It was a great, casual interview. I was asked kind of obscure questions, but the interviewer was friendly. The interview happened in the gym lobby and lasted maybe 30 minutes.
