First I had a screening call with the Team Lead Project Manager and another with the Head of Operations . Both these interviews were very relaxed, just going over my past experience and my expectations for the role. I was able to ask a lot of questions about the team, company, and work culture. The next stage phase was was to complete a take-home work prompt with 4 tasks. The tasks were pretty straight forward and took around 3 hours to complete. I was compensated very well by PlaytestCloud for my time. The final interview was with the Head of Operations again. This one was a bit more in-depth, asking more specific questions about project management and playtesting. The interview process was very transparent and I always knew what the next steps in the process were and when to expect a response and feedback.
