Great process, started with HR screens, moved through to a case study, then one interview with an academy coach. My process may have been accelerated, so not sure if this is true for all.

Colloquio
First step was a case study, where you have to compare 2 stocks and give an investment advice. Then they sent online assesment and HR interview. After that, US based coach interview and finally UK based coach interview.
